One big family. Fully paid health insurance. Takes care of their employees
Cons
Physically demanding. Not for everyone. No regular schedule (this was a pro for me but I realize it isn't for most)

Pros
Very fun and exciting place to work. Makes the days go by quickly. Occasional travel opportunities with fair per diem compensation at exciting locations. Pay was on par with work being performed. All of my coworkers were easy to work with and promoted a good team atmosphere.
Cons
Shifts can occasionally run over a standard 8 hour workday however they let you know ahead of time and compensate for overtime. Working weekends is often required.
