      Pros

      Fantastic infrastructure! Fullscript really cares about creating developer experiences that actually empower devs, rather than keeping up the bare minimum.

      Cons

      Other teams feel like distant blobs since we're remote-first and team names have nothing to do with their domain. However, I've never met an engineer I didn't like in any team.

      Flex fridays (work until noon) and discounted supplements are good

      Cons

      The pay is lower than average, for a 4% increase over the last 12 months which means my pay went down if I take inflation into account. The company seems to be doing really well but the compensation packages have not changed.
