Pros

-Generally easy job scope -No uniform required since it's a telemedicine clinic (Other FHG clinics requires staff to wear scrubs)

Cons

-Clinic is so small, feels super cramped when full count of staff are present -Very very dirty work environment, so dusty to the point you can wipe the desk at the start of the day & it'll already be dusty by the end of the day. You can literally see the amount of accumulated dust on the vents & aircon ducts. Tons of dust bunnies appearing out of nowhere -Not enough desks for everyone which leads the operations executive staff to squeeze in odd places just to do work on their laptop (Sometimes need to use the shelves) -Can get very busy (but its to be expected) -Clinic manager hires too many locums (More than triple the count of full-timers) leading them to form cliques & do low priority tasks such as pre-packing loose medications into ziplock bags for half of the day at the back of the clinic. When such instances occurs, clinic manager is aware & instead of directing them to other tasks, clinic manager encourages it. This leads to the rest of the staff to work harder & suffer for the rest of the shift -Clinic manager's biasedness/ favouritism is so obvious & causes unfair treatment to certain staff (I dont want to say they are racist because for some strange reason it's a taboo topic in SG. Which does not make sense because even in 2026 racism still exists & I feel that we should be allowed to speak up about it) -Sometimes certain staff's leave request is denied due to "lean manpower" but actually there's more than enough staff to handle the workload (10 to 12 staff on a chill day) -Clinic manager loves to preach about being on time but they don't practice what they preach (They always reach the clinic around 8.30am instead of 7.45am) -Concerning amount of medical negligence, multiple instances where the clinic manager "let things slide" (E.g. one of the staff missed out on the wrongly packed heart medication. Staff was supposed to "keep an eye" on a new locum staff by verifying that the correct chronic medication was "shopped" & medications is packed properly according to SOP. However, staff verified wrongly & even double confirms the WRONG DOSAGE. Completely missed out that the WRONG DOSAGE of the medication was packed. After this IR was brought to light, that staff faced no consequences. Comparing to other instititions, this would be an easy warning letter or immediate termination -No certified pharmicists physically in the clinic to check against patient's drug history & the medications that are prescribed & packed for delivery. -Clinic manager loves to make staff do unrelated & ridiculous tasks such as counting the stock of snacks when it is clearly busy -The list goes on... whatever you can imagine a bad example of a clinic manager would do. They have done it...

Pros

Flexible working arrangements Competitive reimbursement

Cons

There were concerns regarding preferential treatment toward certain employees, including the selective sharing of sensitive personnel and company information. This created an environment where workplace politics could influence team dynamics and decision-making, negatively affecting collaboration and morale.
