Just work your guts out produce good results, care about your business and when they feel like it they will crush you

Cons

Say when you join that you will belong to the 'Fullers' family utterly untrue, this is a cut throat ruthless company that has total disregard for employees that have shown them loyalty and commitment, political and if your face dosnt fit you are out. If your Mother dies when you are working for them don't expect support and sympathy just a systematic process of bullying.
