Pros

I have worked with FSBA for almost three years. I relocated with my family from NY after accepting a position with FSBA and have not looked back. Having worked in the DD field for 15 years prior to joining the FSBA family, this job posed a number of new challenges not to mention adjusting to life in a new state. FSBA management embraced me with open arms and I've worked hard to make their investment in me pay off. I enjoy the collaborative environment that I work in and the fact that I work with really talented people.

Pros

First of all, I love this company's family like culture. Been here for years - this company has great analysts in leadership and is very supportive of everyone. A perfect example of ownership's heart is shown from this story: March - July of 2018 FL Medicaid was going insane and children were sitting for months in "Pended" status and there weren't enough billable hours available for many staff members. Full Spectrum went ahead and paid these staff and moved mountains to keep them from suffering financial upheaval. They also ensured the clients who were struggling thanks to Medicaid continued to receive support even though they couldn't bill for the work. Stories like this are not uncommon for the company leadership, and are why I love this family as much now as when I first joined. Medicaid and AHCA in Florida have made life difficult for everyone in the ABA world, and Full Spectrum has gone above and beyond to ensure their staff and clients are supported and taken care of.

Pros

1. Get to work with other skilled BCBAs and BCBA-D's on the regular 2. Great work environments with steady hours and no driving 3. Fun Professional Development monthly meetings by the BCBA-D's where we eat, drink, and learn 4. The CPA Guidance has helped me set up LLC and save a ton on taxes 5. Pay is incredible - never made so much money doing what I love 6. Schools and facilities appreciate our presence and expertise; the management ensures the schools know everyone's roles. 7. Whenever I need clinical support it's there for me. 8. Have made some great friends 9. No non-compete agreement

Cons

1. No medicaid benefits - high earnings and tax-savings mitigate this issue, though. 2. Director level staff have high expectations of performance at times.
