Wildly unprofessional

Pros

Flexible job responsibilities—if you want to start doing something that’s not in your job description, you probably can

Cons

Where to start? As others have mentioned, the core group of employees were fraternity brothers and/or are related to the execs. If that’s not you, you will not get the same opportunities. No structure in management, constant uncertainty with the future of the team/the product/the funding/the strategy. The sales team over promises during the sales process and the client teams are left to try to meet unreasonable expectations. Big drinking culture. Big after hours/social culture. You will not be in the loop if you’re not in on the social side of the company. Low compensation, low job security, high stress. Really think seriously before starting a job here. You can do better.

Quickly going downhill

Pros

Pretty easy to expense things. Some cool people outside the executive team.

Cons

Management doesn’t care about employees unless you are related to/friend of/frat bro to one of the execs. Managers expect to have access to employees all the time, but don’t make themselves available. Not competitive pay for the market.

Pros

N/A - dont work here

Cons

There is no regard for you has a human being. They over work you and lie to you about everything. The CEO is never around and the COO is a 27 year old power hungry kid who makes decisions based on favoritism. They keep hiring people and doing layoffs weeks later. Turning lives upside down with the promise of opportunity but they’re only giving opportunities to a small group of men who were all in the same fraternity. They consistently lay off support staff and hire salesmen leaving the clients on their own and their sales always declining. The fact that they hire people and lay them off weeks later OVER AND OVER AGAIN shows they do not learn from mistakes. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company.
