I was employed only for 5 months. There isn't any feel good factor at all from the on-boarding to off -boarding. It takes them months just to align the tools that are required for day to day work. The managers and departments are not synced and there is a disconnect among everyone. You make a request for access and the person handling it will make sure to delay it because they try to hold their ground. Engineers are stationed on desks like call center. There isn't a permanent desk assignment and you need to keep shuffling. There isn't any secure drawer for your books, notes, valuables. During my off boarding nobody knew what they were doing. The technical project manager was behaving like an overlord wanting everything back at the day I resigned while the HR acknowledged the 2 weeks notice. You need to keep sending reminders again and again to get your final settlement, experience letters etc. Onboarding: Lazy, laid back and disappointing. There isn't any feel good factor about it Offboarding: Lazy, laid back and condescending. Career Path: None, no growth. Health Benefit: Very expensive, start ups have better insurance. Only HSA option for texas with very high deductible 401K: 50% match
