      Pros

      - Colleagues are kind and patient - Walking distance to the MRT Station

      Cons

      - Very Bad Management ( Micromanagement, no trust in employee, bias culture, unrealistic expectations, poor anger management, might even threaten you) - Low salary - No work life balance ( Depending on department) - Barely any benefits and welfare.

      AWS, BONUS, OT, few good colleagues

      Cons

      No proper directive and not systematic. Poor management of staff. Strong game of favouritism and leaders who are not professional dealing with staff. Leaders display poor performance and too much internal politics.
