Pros
-Nice benefit -Helpful colleague/HR -Easy OT claim . There's way too easy until some of the employee go back and sit inside the office during weekend. Obviously not fair to those shift employee who are really work in side fab. Please refer con for more detail.
Cons
-Bias toward certain kind of people. Big boss love you if work well as Power Point/Whatapps Eng. -Not fair toward certain race. Not able to take holiday during festive/important event. -High turnover rate. Boss keep close their eyes and let it happened. -No appropriate increament for you unless you close with your big boss. Rating 5 will given to you if you know how to make it happened. -OT? It is fun as some of them just stand there and do nothing. All they need is just couple of pictures and report to management. For big boss, OT=you work harder and good employee. Try spend your time, go back to office and make a spot check. How many employees sleeping inside the office during weekend? If can't make it, install your favorite CCTV.
