      Pros

      Smoke, skive, talk about the RAF, watch YouTube, play golf. If you want to work at a place where you can get paid to do nothing all day, be racist, sexist and pick on the nerds then this is place to be.

      Cons

      Crap pay, bullying, stupidity. You try to put forward ideas to improve the company and all they do is dismiss them because the Managers believe in seen and not heard.

      The benefits are good, but that's about it.

      Cons

      I can't even list what department I'm in for this review, as it will literally put a target on me for retaliation. Very high-school clique-ish. If you don't get in on the clique, you will go nowhere w/ this company. HR is an absolute joke, cannot be trusted & will only ever side w/ the pre-approved list of "favorites." You will not get raises, and bonuses are discretionary by senior management, which means if you're not on the list of favorites, no matter how hard you work-you will get nothing. Pay is not competitive for the market, hence the high turnaround-combined w/ disastrous senior management-it is not worth it to consider working here.

      Pros

      Interesting work, some great employees who were extremely good at their jobs and very dedicated.

      Cons

      Upper management blames everyone but themselves, does not listen or communicate news of the company status, status of jobs. They seem more concerned with filling out reports than leading. A true leader leads by example and helps when things get difficult. Not willing to upgrade any systems to keep up with current technology. Morale is terrible.
