      Pros

      Fubeus has good client base in semiconductor domain and employee gets ample opportunity to work on latest technology. Fubeus is a growing organization and expanding the company footprint with innovative product idea.

      Cons

      completed 6 months in Fubeus and did not find anything specific which interfere with my work at Fubeus or at client place.

      Pros

      Good place to work & you can enhance your skills. You are free enough to express your thoughts and given enough time to learn. Management is employee friendly. Getting into MNC is everyone's dream, as compared Fubeus doesn't fall short of anything.

      Cons

      You don't find cons when management and teams are friendly enough.

      As a fresher, this is one of the best companies to start ones career with , a huge exposure of technology is given to employees and also one will get so much to learn, regular recognition and spot awards are given to encourage the work of the employees.

      Helps to learn a lot..Great work life balance. Good pay.Leaves on request. Growth Opportunity is much faster compared to other companies. You can always voice your opinion without any fear of backlash from the management, as they are always open to feedback.

      If you are ready to do justice to the pay you are getting no cons.

      None whatsoever! Just a few good human beings as colleagues who could at least understand the corporate torture you are going through!

      Cons

      The most unprofessional, unethical workplace that could ever exist! They do not pay the salary on time, delays at least a few weeks to months! HAVE TO BEG ALMOST EVERY MONTH for your own salary! Treats you like slaves, expects you to work on weekends, and anyone who raises a question will be targeted and penalized! NO ONE, I repeat NO ONE behaves professionally at all, including the so-called CXOs who directly assign you work at random times, including post-work hours, late nights, and weekends, and expect to finish then & there! If you ever want to grow professionally or even learn about leading a corporate life, AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ANY COST!

      Hi, We are sorry to hear about your experience at Fubeus. It is unfortunate that the issues were not brought up with the concerned people for 3 to 4 years of your stay at Fubeus. The salary delay issue was a short term turbulence which was communicated to the employees and the same has been sorted out long back.

      Nothing they will respond for the approach

      Cons

      And they speak very politely and try to motivate in the manner they speak, and this is not a product company and there are no inhouse project they earn money from outsourcing it's like a manpower consultancy
