The owners are some of the absolute worst people both in terms of business ethics and in terms of how they treat their employees. They will bring on any client, even if they know for a fact they cannot help them, and they will string them on and on just to leech as much money out of them as possible. I have seen dozens of amazing professionals come and go in the just under a year that I've been here. There is a huge culture of fear in the staff, and the owners constantly belittle the emloyees. Everything from calling them stupid, to calling us girls fat, to trying to shame employees who ask questions. They also have their "HR" listen in on the conversations of the employees while their working, and report back everything they hear and then punish employees for it. There is a reason no employees with the company have stayed longer than a year, and why they can't keep clients to save their lives. If you are a fresh out-of-college student, they will target you so that they can under-pay you, berate you, and abuse you, because they think that you don't know any better. You deserve better than to work here, don't do it.

- micromanaged like you’ve never seen before. May receive a call from Brandy asking why you didn’t respond back to an email if you don’t respond back immediately. -Brandy didn’t know what MLK day was - if there was a way to attach the email to show it would be attached. - Was told first day on job by Brandy was creating negative work environment due to my computer shutting down multiple times bc the programs couldn’t handle it which was frustrating. - brandy and Brad DO NOT know how to run a company. They also talk about employees behind their backs. - beware of daughter if you say anything remotely negative she will go and tell brandy. - Brandy will call out anyone if they don’t respond back to an email. For thanksgiving they made employees bring in cold leftovers if you wanted. Didn’t decorate the office during Christmas asked bc they are CHEAPP to bring in your own decorations from your house. - loses clients left and right. Very unstable company. - could go on about how awful this company truly is. The other reviews speak for themselves.
