      Pros

      Warm, friendly atmosphere with the majority of the staff members. Lovely working environment.

      Cons

      Management is a big disappointment. Most of the managers don't have managerial experience and it shows.

      One of the top handful of companies in the Commercial Landscaping industry Relatively small team Get lots of exposure early on

      Cons

      Trying to rapidly increase turnover but stuck with the old way of doing things and won't invest in new, skilled staff. Reluctant to offer training Lots of people there for 20+ years

      Longer breaks that anywhere ive ever worked at Friendly staff to guide you through even if you fail alot

      Cons

      More workers needed because when i used to work there some of the employees complained about the workload being too much for them
