This is a small retail energy company that loves coming off as the shady electricity provider. I worked in digital marketing and the customer service complaints we received online where the worst. It can be a bit frustrating when you want to create an integrated marketing strategy. The IT team is completely incompetent and are all based in India. The response time is extremely slow. FU is purely sales driven and likes to use hidden language to trick lower income customers into signing up for a more expensive electricity plan. If it didn't make a sale, it's not relevant.
