Pros

Opportunity to work on a lot of different projects and topics. Some great colleagues.

Cons

There is a divergence between the 'cool' picture they want to show of themselfes, and the purely commercial approach they take. The company is happy to enternain you with fun and drinks, while underpaying you and stalling your carreer. British people will generally do better.

We really appreciate you taking the time to leave a review - thank you. We value interesting projects and positive environment so it is great to read those pros. Frontier also undertakes annual salary reviews allowing us to try to stay as competitive as we can. We also offer a very complete learning and development programme, please get in touch with the L&D team if you want to talk about it.

Pros

If you want to have a nice life with a good salary, then Frontier's other practices can provide for that.

Cons

Working in Frontier's Competition practice is as intense as working at other companies in the industry, but for much lower pay. The company is not transparent about this.

Pros

The people are generally very lovely, open and caring. For some people, Frontier is an incredibly accommodating and supportive environment (considerably more so than other employers). The values are used very well and well engrained into the way the company works.

Cons

The balance of work and pay is not right; the company talks a lot about flexible working, but it can be incredibly hard to make use of this (e.g. when the workload is persistently high, how can you work less?) and so there's little compensation by way of better hours (compared to working anywhere else). Salaries are in some ways very competitive, but role descriptions can be incredibly broad and salaries often don't capture the breadth of a role meaning it is quickly possible to become underpaid. It is very easy to feel undervalued at Frontier - the routine of back to back projects and day-to-day work without celebration, thanks or recognition can be extremely demotivating.
