Pros

Nice to work for a company that makes a difference in children's lives. Good for first job out of college. Good work-life balance. Use to have good people.

Cons

Management circle very poor and unwilling to listen to advise,, product lags behind competitors, low salary, poor leadership, unwilling to invest in product and advertising. Unprofessional.

Pros

Overall the company has great product and good inside people. The management has changed over the last year and out of a total of 30 employees 16 have either quit or been fired. There seems to be a lack of any new product nor any information released to anyone.

Cons

Cheap, Need new product launch that is industry wide. Unfortunately audio is not a "hot" product in the K-12 education field. Marketing needs to step up and get the brand out there. No one knows who Front Row is and even thought it's been around for years

Pros

Contribute to students improved learning in the classroom. Strong corporate parent (European) financial backing. Working with teachers, administrators, and parent organizations who are seeking the best solution for their children.

Cons

Very insular, self protecting management circle who have worked together for too many years, and shut themselves off from the expert advice and broader "outsider" perspectives offered by new hires. Too difficult to achieve changes in outdated design and operational procedures.
