Pros

The individual employees doing the work every day are great. This company is a very safe and welcoming environment for women. Some of the brands are cool to work on.

Cons

The company is split up into multiple divisions - I'm speaking specifically to the San Diego division. There have been multiple different rounds of layoffs in the past YEAR, which is a direct reflection of upper management which seems to not have any idea what's going on until it's too late and cuts need to be made. The employees that have survived after each round fear for their jobs until they eventually get chopped as well. At this rate, I don't see how this division lasts through the next couple of years.

Pros

The company offers competitive compensation, and the team is friendly and supportive. It's a great environment for building connections and gaining valuable experience as you start your career. Additionally, they offer a gym reimbursement program, which can cover part or all of your gym membership depending on the cost.

Cons

- Over the past two years, there have been multiple rounds of layoffs, which has created some uncertainty within the company. - The company has made several changes to our health benefits, which has led to some confusion and concerns. - Office management's approach to cleanliness can sometimes feel overly strict; for instance, if a dish is left behind, it may be addressed in a public message on Slack. - There seems to be some concerns about favoritism in upper management, as well as a lack of diversity, and many of them are close friends outside of the office - Occasionally, upper management members may be delayed to meetings or multitask during calls, which can be distracting when presenting important information. - Creative services, sometimes feels under-appreciated within the organization - Account Managers often struggle to maintain a healthy work-life balance due to the demands of the role. - There seems to be a strong emphasis on conformity, with less recognition for individual achievements. Recently, many long-tenured employees were let go, which has contributed to a sense of insecurity amongst everyone - Peer reviews are conducted via email, meaning that feedback is not anonymous, which can sometimes make it difficult for individuals to share candid opinions. - Advancement opportunities can be limited, as the company often hires externally for leadership roles instead of promoting from within.
