Pros
Very laid back environment with awesome coworkers and realistic daily managers (working managers). Very flexible with daily scheduling (breaks, lunches, etc) so long as your work is getting done. You can learn just about anything here; lots of room for personal growth and professional skills.
Cons
Pay. You can make much more money for the same work elsewhere in Fort Collins. Generally people come, learn for a few years, then leave for higher-paying jobs. Management is trying to fix this, but they don't know if ownership will approve. The small size of the company limits growth or transfer opportunities within the company. With small staff numbers, everyone feels it when someone leaves. Everyone also feels it when someone isn't pulling their weight, which management is slow to respond to in some areas. While all

Great coworkers, lots of opportunities to learn new skills, really casual.
Cons
Low pay and high turnover almost all due to the low pay. A lot of people would come in, gain something to put on their resume and 6 months later would leave for somewhere paying twice as much. A lot of their products are all over the place, no clear company goal.
