Where do I start... I love my job! So much so that I do not count the hours and end-up spending way more time with my customers and colleagues than I spend with my family. The culture is great, the employees bright and the management focus on delivering the value to customers and getting employees happy and engaged to deliver it. I have already recommended 2 people in my network (ex-colleagues and ex-customer) who got the job recentely and love it. The shareholders are visionary people, down to earth, connected to the business and have a long term vision. It's rare enough to be worth mentioning.
Cons
Lots of changes happening now from a strategic, positioning and go-to-market perspective. I personally see that as a positive moving us in the right direction but I know it's been a lot to handle for some.

Too many changes of late with people leaving who aren't use to change - this is no different to any other vendor environment at this time as the market and industry is always changing. Management sometimes are not enough "to the ground" to know what is happening.

*Good office location and coffee machine!! *Friendly IT staff in general.

*Management more interested in making money than looking after their employees. (This has clearly been demonstrated by letting valuable workers go through a huge number of restructuring with the aim to reduce the size of the company). *Management have promoted internal staff into higher position where they haven't been qualified for the role. *Management attitude towards hiring unskilled workers in order to avoid paying top dollar for the necessary skills needed for the job. *Management vision for the future is not very clear and somehow confused. *Fronde is like the Titanic, a sinking ship and all management have been doing over the years is just rearranging deck chairs and decorating the cabins. They have not realised why people have been abandoning the ship.

No work coming through the doors due to truly awful sales people. Poorly paid, no pay increase since day 1, huge bullying culture from some who think they walk on water. Incredibly poor management.

Reasonably paid, I guess. People are nice enough but then where aren't they? Another seven words? Are you serious? (sigh)
Cons
Serious incompetence on the delivery side of the business (sales is a bit scratty but not criminally so). A very real sense of trying to bleed our clients dry. A habit of putting bad management between good people and stakeholders. Google docs. Big posters with "our values" on them. The sense of taking a once great company and turning it into an Amazon reseller. Hilarious attempts at benefits "above and beyond". All the good people have left which means....
Pros
Talented, friendly, collaborative people. Flexible working arrangements. Opportunities to develop and advance your IT career.
Cons
Previously had too many layers of management - flatter, simpler structure now being implemented.
