Pros

Awesome culture. Friendly staff. Managers go the best extent to make the workplace enjoyable. Staff prices are nice too, not going to lie

Cons

Culture is perhaps too irrealistic. Salary is ridiculous given the stringent expectations. Management can get caught up in creativity and strategic positioning and fail to see hurdles on the groud.
