I am a fast worker. I love to work... Id rather be at work doing something then to be at home doing absolutely nothing... I am always on time.. .and worming at friendlys is fun. I love kids so seeing kids coming in is always fun.

Cons

When is gets busy.. Its gets very hectic. But it is managable.... Especially when we are short staffed. But i am a fast worker and a constant mover so it works for me

Cons

Given current size of the company, roles have been combined and as a result employees are having to do more with less, until new restaurant growth is realized

Laid back environment all around within store, staff considered as family. Product is decent.

Cons

Pay is terrible Execution of product is terrible. Communication through various channels are terrible. Far to many discounts. 2 Year 50% of breakfast Promo/ Not allocating labor to justify loss of discount Regardless of hierarchy, 1 person would do a job of 5 individuals. Slave Labor for the amount of work to get done. Franchisee was horrible. Eliminated job position for 2016 Law from Salary Exempt Management. Later to institute the job title back into play & lost loyal workers and customers year round. Product has become cheap, Horrible temperament across the board.
