Pros

Growing, ambitious company with some new ideas when breaking into new sectors and delivering exciting portfolios of work. Generally positive work and team environment with very good rewards.

Cons

Leadership team is detached from core employees, only focused on growth at all costs. Little tolerance for thought leadership, bringing previous C level colleagues to dictate strategy. Ultimately an immature culture which focuses on growth which is ready to use employee churn.

Good office location next to Farringdon station and diverse workforce.

Cons

Leadership is poor, they lack in strategic direction, zero marketing strategy so sales teams are left to do both. Tech lags behind what is advertised so constantly having to disappoint clients. Stressful ownership structure which the Executive team passes down to the workspace leading to a bullying , reactive and immature culture. People regularly crying in the office.
