Poor leadership is a huge limitation for this otherwise fantastic company

Pros

A very social culture and friendly people. An entrepreneurial ethos allows employees stretch themselves and allows those with drive to flourish.

Cons

Appalling leadership. Such a far cry from the vision and competence of the founders. This has resulted in the stagnation of what was once a fast growth business. Because of this, I would, sadly, advise people not to accept a role at FreshMinds.

Okay company, friendly staff, nice CEO, feature employee benefits such as health insurance.

Cons

Long hours, no additional pay, no overtime. Forced to stay late, take on projects with short time frame to give back to client.
