-Untrustworthy upper leadership throughout company. They lie to your face and will talk behind your back.
- Slow to fix issues
- Do not give you tools to succeed at your job, but will hold you accountable to hit your goals despite their failures to provide you with those tools despite numerous requests by you FOR those tools.
- New building in the Bronx is extremely unsafe with many unsafe practices like carrying heavy totes and boxes up and down stairs. A lot of the warehouse racking has no decking on it to prevent employees from falling. Safety is aware of these issue but turns blind eye because upper management and executives demand for operation to continue. OSHA should be contacted.
- Bronx facility was designed FULL OF FLAWS by an incompetent team who also designed building in Long Island City

- Upper management and SMT use bullying tactics and are unprofessional
- New CEO is a CHEF - ENOUGH SAID!!
- Entire HR team talk but don't act, no walking the walk. Too much BS and excuses as to their lack of performance
- Absolutely no accountability with upper management and corporate

- Continuous technology issues with little to no improvement
- Conveyor system (9.5 miles) are not performing as promised. Lawsuit will be inevitable with supplier of technology.
- Investors are pushing for cuts. Been happening for months now.
- CEO was pushed out due to company performance and financials
- Work long hours and work hard with absolutely no appreciation
- Upper management has no loyalty to good performers. Cuts have been made to those who have impeccable reviews and received promotions. Friends of those in charge have stayed with company despite being under-performers
- HR never holds Senior Leadership accountable for their bullying and lack of professionalism despite it being done in front of them and is very apparent
- Complete lack of professionalism from top executives and upper management.
