DO NOT JOIN!

Pros

Please note their reviews are not genuine. They use ex-employee office account e-mail IDs to write these reviews. One of the worst companies I have ever joined. I couldn't even last more than 2 months. They will promise you the world to get you to join but the moment you do, there will be no direction, no support and they will blame you for everything. I'm sure I'm definitely going to get a reply suggesting bad work ethics but even after talking to them 4-5 times about the problems I faced, I still got no feedback other than "we are working on it". In front of me, 5 people have resigned or absconded. They will not let you learn or grow and instead will go behind your backs and give very unrealistic deadlines to the clients. Instead of supporting you when the client is being unreasonable, they will sweet talk the client and be like oh 'you should reach out to me directly'. When you can't fulfill the unreasonable deadlines and the client asks them to attend the calls so they can talk to the management, they will convinently have other "meetings" at the same time, while you'll be left to take the brunt of it all. When you ask for support or a team, they will tell you not now or will tell you that it's your job to figure it out. I'd suggest reaching out to old/ex-employees before joining. They'll tell you the same thing. They encourage disagreements within the team and use it to their advantages. Any meetings you hold or attend for more than 30 mins, they'll send the office boy or the HR to check up on you. They all give extra weightage to the old members who have the power and authority to come and scream/belittle you regardless of your position in the team. You are also encouraged to tattle about your teammates to the management. You will be asked to submit medical proof for sick days and forget about WFH, under no circumstances they allow that.

Cons

Everything. The management doesn't know how to run a company. They will micromanage everything. They will tell you to do things you're way and then in the same breath ask you why you do this thing? There are cameras that they constantly watch you on, like big brother. I too got caught up in the Glassdoor reviews and joined thinking it's a small company but a good one, but only after joining and facing everything and learning from internal sources that these reviews are fake. They use ex-employee accounts to create these reviews.

Hello, I hope you're keeping well. Thank you for sparing your valuable time to review our organization. It's essential for us to address your review, which seems to carry a false narrative. Being a content writer, you've written it articulately, but the intention is hard to appreciate. We generally refrain from commenting on reviews, even if they are not favourable. Such reviews often provide insights for us to better ourselves. We accept we aren't flawless. We do make errors, but always strive to learn from them. Your review, however, appears to be based on false information and a deliberate attempt to mislead those viewing our profile. We would have genuinely responded in detail if the allegations had some basis. Kindly avoid indulging in such practices. Trust us, people are smart. To conclude, our professional relationship ended rather suddenly, and we do get the sentiment behind your feedback. Wishing you well ahead.

Pros

Nothing is good about this place, they promise you something and keep delaying it until you give up. They suddenly wake up and fire you on spot without even paying the salary that too just because they’re a private limited company. False hopes and fake people is what has made this company flourish in the last 8 years. Bosses have absolutely no work and will keep stalking your LinkedIn profile 5x a day. They leave you in a state of confusion and have no regard of your emotions or sicknesses. If you stay, you may like it at first but the grudge it leaves you with hits different.

Cons

Everything about the management and how they favour old employees and sideline the new ones.
