Poor management Long hours No set working time Will make you do more than 60 hours a week every week If you get freebies the office staff planners take it off you and bring it in then will divvy out to other staff first then drivers get what's left Egotistical planners with serious lack of management experience. Oh and call you really late at night for tomorrows shift or stupid o'clock in the morning. It's "rare" you do a night out when in actual fact they'd have you out 2-3 nights a week.

Poorly ran company, no structured training, long hours, decisions made by young egotistical manager with no experience of leading a workforce. Company had debtors calling everyday for them to settle their accounts. Absolute shambles.
