Lots of work due to under staffing across all departments.

Cons

If you want a healthy culture, look elsewhere. Favoritism, Ageism, Hiring people based on looks, Keeping unethical/unmoral people there if they like them = Thats them. Collecting $200 for a company lunch and brings back fast food worth $60 - That's also them. Pay is also lower than average because they boast that the "opportunity" to work with a worldwide company is a great value and job security is good yet they eliminate an entire department. Performance appraisals are not based off of metrics or attendance rather if they like you.

Benefits package Competitive pay Diversity Experience on global operations Nice corporate location Pros could be highlighted if Cons were not so strongly noted. There is some very knowledgeable and very good hearted people working there.

Cons

2+ years paying for street parking before getting a spot. Management is being worked on and changes seem to be for good. But it will take long. Each department works and rules very independently.. Some cons in a dept may not happen in others.
