      Pros

      I would have to say that this is the most positive work environment I have ever worked in. There is no micro managing, but you are expected to put your best foot forward. Great opportunities to grow. There is no sealing. Negativity and drama are frowned upon and all issues are dealt with right away and in private. There are many other benefits: game room, Friday is beer day and lunch is provided ones a month. The company also provides Health Insurance, Life Insurance,401K, Paid Holidays and Paid Vacation Days. I can not say enough good things about my co-workers as well. Everybody is very nice and welcoming. I have not for ones felt like I was out of place. So far my experience has been great and I would absolutely recommend this company.

      Cons

      There is a need of a full time Sales Manager and the company CEOs know it. They are constantly looking into opportunities to grow and 2015 will be the year of positive changes and fast growth.They are expending the Sales and Operation team as well as in the process of hiring a Sales Manager to oversee the Sales Department.
