Management is by far the biggest con here. They are running in different directions, there are several managers there that have no clue how to manage and DO NOT deserve their positions. Extremely departmentalized - It's almost frowned upon for you to go talk to other departments on how to come up with a better solution. Management loves continuing with broken systems that waste time and are shown to the client wrong or very unprofessional. No reasoning - Half the time I was there I was trying to figure out why they were doing certain processes. Every time I asked to learn more or for reasoning I received nothing. No answer, no resources, no follow up. Finally I just stopped trying Ultimately, this place is the anti employee friendly place. The partners are running around grabbing at all the money and sitting around figuring out how they can make more and people can make less. No client concern, no morale, no growth, and no respect
