Pros

I have been at Freespee for almost 8 years and I really enjoy working here. Probably the best thing is the people which is one of the main reasons I have been here for so long. Also the possibility to grow both on a personal and professional level is something I appreciate!

Pros

Customers are really happy. Retention rates are super high. There is a lot of transaparency and support for work-life balance - the Swedish culture encourages us to help each other and support individuals when they need it. The people here really care about each other and about customers.

Cons

There have been some changes in direction as other vendors start to catch up, and as customer needs evolve.
