This is my first review on Glassdoor, but please don't think I'm a newbie—I have over 9 years of work experience. Being a part of Freespace for the past 3 years, the company has an amazing culture and good people, and it creates a good environment for growth and collaboration. The leadership team is approachable and open to feedback, and genuinely values employee input. There are a lot of pros to working here—I'm just listing a few below. Strong leadership and a clear vision Good work-life balance Positive workplace culture and good facilities Opportunities for growth and learning Full family medical coverage & Free Meal

Few areas I am clearly impressed with Office Infra supportive team free meals option - keeps us less distracted when we are fed. clients are quite solid and big hybrid working Salary in time - can vouch for it for the last 5 years now Senior team keeps us updated regularly on business wins

Cons

Challenges I can pin point as they want to innovate, they sign up to a different tool nearly every year - it is done for good, but becomes tough to juggle between one tool to another processes are built and parked somewhere, another process starts kicking in - lot of structure has been brought in the past 3 years at all fronts
