Pros
The pro's for working for FP I feel are a "laxed" environment with cool people from all different types of backgrounds to work with. They provide free snacks and occasionally have food brought in for the office to indulge in. It feels good to work with/for a company coming from the ground up with all type of opportunities.
Cons
The cons of working For FP could be one from the pros, at time it can be hard to focus and get things done with such a "laxed" environment. Also the compensation could be better especially hearing as an employee the company you are working for received millions for funding. Other cons I feel the higher ups don't look for more input from the staff, as in ideas that can help the company or issues that come up just get swept under the rug.
