Pros
The general education teachers are some of the most incredible people I know. They are passionate about teaching and love the students. The teachers are hard working and will go above and beyond for each other and their students.
Cons
Conflict resolution does not exist, if there is a conflict and you try to approach leadership about it you are told to keep quiet and not question things. Several times leadership mismanaged situations that could have been resolved by approaching staff personally rather than talk about them behind their backs. In my experience there was a lot of jumping to conclusions without enough or correct information; things were approach emotionally rather than logically.
