Pros
They use the best technology & systems. Company looks after employees very well. Framecad offers flexible working without drama. As an employee you will get everything you need to be able to do your job. It is going through an extreme growth phase which makes it a desirable workplace during pandemic/ recession.
Cons
No big cons really but some of the people (from SLT) who have been there for ages are quite infamous for their poor work ethics. Company very well knows who they are but fails to do anything to address the issue. In general, the company lacks the ability to address problems and fix them. Very high employee turnover. Framecad would not try to retain a current employee but would get a new one for probably double the salary.
