The company doesn't care about their employees l, they rather have bodies in the building instead of doing something about the lpn treating the staff like dogs

EVERYTHING ELSE. The Manager that runs the facility is a fruitcake. He comes in late and leaves before everyone else. His work schedule is usually 10am-2or 3pm. He can't deal with anyone employees, residents or the visitors. He has no social skills but puts on a good show. If there is a complaint he has someone else fix it & walks away. He doesn't keep his word when he offers the job. He fires people that tell him exactly what's going on and then turns the story around on everyone around him. Nothing is ever his fault. He will lie straight to your face. Even when there is written proof from him in your hand...he says you are lying. I feel so sorry for the Residents that do have legitimate complaints and he never will even look them in them eye or listen to them. Most of the staff is will kiss his butt...if you don't be prepared to get kicked out. There were many complaints on indeed...apparently they were paid to be taken off. Be sure to look at how many times he has to hire for a Chef, Lpn or any other kitchen crew. I think the Chef job alone has been posted about 4plus times in a year.
