You'll form authentic connections here since everyone is going through similar challenges. The cultural events they arrange are enjoyable and offer a break from the usual struggles we face. It's a chance to unwind with our colleagues, creating a sense of camaraderie. Just one of the few days where we can forget how we are treated as trash for the other days and enjoy ourselves with our fellow "trashmates".

The management here thinks that no one here really works hard. even though if you make a visit to the depths of the fourth signal Circus you will find various ferocious animals all lying at the brink of not alive because circus master has whipped them so much that there is no more life left to squeeze out of them. Even after that apparently, "You haven't worked enough!!". As developers, our primary responsibility is to deliver applications that meet client requirements and management expectations. But the management will blame us for not getting them clients. I'm sorry, I dont remember "begging for new clients to use our application" being in the job description. Engaging in arguments with the management is akin to attempting the impossible, much like convincing the 🇺🇲 to stop using the 9️⃣-1️⃣1️⃣ case to gain sympathy. Just in case you get into an argument with the management, they will print and show you your salary slips and tell you that this is the combined amount they are "wasting" on you and your team (it's wild that they printed this out; they could have saved 10 bucks!! ). The big boss will often tell you, "My door is always open. You can come in and tell me whatever you want," but this statement has a very minute, miniscule even, terms and conditions attached to it. It is that you tell him whatever you want, unless it is any kind of criticism. The management cannot take criticism in any shape or form. Criticizing Fourth Signal is like flying a second ✈️ into the South tower, Its an act of T towards the company. Your settlement will be on hold, and you will continue to receive threats that they will destroy your future plans by using their various contacts. Until they receive an apology. Thats not the end though; your criticism will remain rent-free in their head for months and months, infesting their brain and their ability to act civilly with the rest of your team, at least what remains of it. Your team will be blamed for the criticism that you offered to point out to them. Every small mistake they make, they will be reminded that one of them rose to speak against the management. The company's resistance to constructive feedback hampers not only individual growth but also the overall progress of the team and its ability to work cohesively. How dare they? How dare they say that we treat our employees badly? How dare they speak the truth in front of everyone? This is not acceptable!! My door is open though if you wanna talk hehehehe.
