      Swept Under The Rug By Management

      Pros

      Hard to think of any.

      Cons

      Four Foods sells you on this great chance to open your own franchise and if you work hard enough, you'll be able to make tons of money. In reality, you come in and literally work like a slave for a year as they dangle the carrot of getting your own store. In order to hit your staffing numbers you are constantly cutting hours and it is hard to retain employees and you end up doing all the work. It is not a healthy environment with the amount of work that is required and most store owners look burned out after a year. You easily work 100+ hours on holiday weeks.

      Pros

      People are very nice and the opportunities to climb your way up to new positions are endless. So many different concepts so there is much to learn Hours are very flexible

      Pay is much lower than what other places would pay you to do your job

      I enjoy working for Swig/FFG. I love the relationships and experiences that I have built over time.

      Pros

      There are lots of great reasons to work for Swig/FFG. Not only do I enjoy the business side of things, I love learning and growing as a person. I enjoy making great relationships and getting the job done. Swig is a very positive environment and I love the team work aspect of it as well.

      Cons

      There are not very many downsides to working for Swig/FFG but the only thing I can think of is getting more of corporate down to the Southern stores to see what they are about
