Collaborative culture, flexible work setup, and you actually learn fast. Management trusts you to do your job.

Office was used to be more fun before when we had lot of people, but i guess they are building it back now.

Consistent leadership that actually listens. Strong emphasis on internal training. Excellent work-life balance. "Work from Home " option Available, I’ve seen this company through several tech stacks and pivots. The sheer volume of work means you will learn more in 7 years here than in 15 years elsewhere. I’m much more skilled professional than when I arrived.

Cons

Some times, Annual raises don’t always keep up with inflation.
