Pros

The kids! These children deserve so much better than Foundations will ever offer. There are staff members who truly care about the kids, but management is corrupt, and the staff who do want to help these kids, get burnt out and leave.

Cons

The parent company of this hospital system pays off accrediting organizations, there is very little training, abusive staff (please Google and read the cases), and careless management. These kids live in appalling conditions. The children here deserve so much better, and this is a terrible place to work. As a tech, there was only so much I could do. There is widespread sexual harassment among employees, and those who report it will be severely retaliated against by their peers.
