      Pros

      Work from anywhere. Our staff meetings are online. Healthy environment and people working for collective success.

      Cons

      People need to be self-starters, know their assigned tasks and get their work done without being micro-managed. If you need to go to work every day to an office, this is not a job for you.

      Pros

      Work remotely. Friendly and supportive management. Everyone contributes to the teams goals. Lots of potential for advancement as the company continues to grow. Employees are all extremely hard working and dedicated. There is a definite feeling of a family business.

      Cons

      No benefits. Bi weekly paydays. Must be self motivated self sufficient and proactive, as their is no micro managing here. It's all hands on deck. Decisiveness is a must. As is an ability to work well under pressure at times. Must be flexible. this job is probably not a match for someone who i s looking for a traditional office vibe.
