Pros

Met some lovely people that’s it

Cons

I’ve worked for a few companies in the IT and software industry and I have to say this was the worst. Starting from the very top, down through the management. We all turned up to work as usual on the Monday morning, went into our meeting then turned around to security escorts telling us we had 30 minutes to get out. No explanation, nothing! After speaking to a few colleagues I work alongside with in New Zealand apparently it had been in works for a while and also they had made people redundant there. So there are serious signs of money issues within the company for sure. We did so many extra hours/holidays and never got paid for any of it, we couldn’t even take leave because it was so busy. Foster Moore was the worst company to work for in my 20 years career I’ve had I would urge no one to trust them. The CEO doesn’t care, HR doesn’t care and neither do the managers. Lastly I have to agree with the other person on here that said the positive feedback is fake, because we all know it’s not a great place.

Pros

Good atmosphere & nice place to work.

Cons

C-level execs seemingly unable to manage risk and companies cash-flow, leading to redundancies.

Pros

The company is with a good culture. You will work with so many nice and intelligent people and it will be a nice place for you to learn a lot. It is a comfortable place to work in.

Cons

I think the company definitely needs better management and new blood. If you want to develop your career to a higher level, it might be a too comfortable zone for you.
