Great Environment to learn new technologies and a good place to start your IT career as the experience will be helpful because you will get to touch all areas of a network.

Cons

No time off, It is almost impossible not to take your work home with you. Poor training, you must learn everything on your own Management does not seem to care for there employees Poor compensation Poor upward movement in company

Great products, great people, great customers. The entire company works "virtually", so there is no time lost in commuting to and from the office every day, plus FIT can hire the most talented and dedicated people anywhere in the world.

Cons

You have to be disciplined enough to work from home and do the job.
