Pros
Fortigo is operated and run like a small family - everyone is very close and the environment is professional but relaxed at the same time.
Cons
Always wish the lunch breaks could be longer but thats wishful thinking. Its standard in length.

Pros
Fortigo management does its best to treat drivers and o/o's with respect. They accommodate extended time off (which is handy for all the Ramadan folks) and don't do overnight or long haul trips.
Cons
At the end of the day trucking is trucking. Wages are too low to make a decent living, and in a city like Toronto where bottom-feeders abound it's difficult for any company to charge fair rates to their clients and in turn pass on fair wages to staff.
