Very poor executive management including CEO, who is a hollow superficial narcissist.
Pros
Many pleasant coworkers. No excessive work hours. Customer community and customer attitude. Nice workspace/office.
Cons
After working for several employers over many years this is by orders of magnitude the most hostile workplace I have ever been a part of. Over several years I have watched the nicest people get disenfranchised and tore apart, while the most mean spirited, selfish and plastic people succeed. I strongly agree with other reviews which mention nepotism, it is quite frankly astonishing, nobody dare say anything, we all to a man feel that if we are trapped into saying anything, that any outspoken individual will pay with their careers (its not just a job its a reference). This has created development leadership, that nobody wants to get behind. It is the talk of the office and the clients. The fake cultural cool aid ensures there are smiles on faces (or there would be severe repercussions). However under the cheap cultural veneer people are not restrained by executive management in shameless career motivated character assassination and competitiveness. It seems that everyone except the executive management are measured by the perception of others.
