      Great machinery and technology in this company Machinists on the floor are skilled Tim Junior is a good guy and will listen to your concerns

      Cons

      never expect an increase in wage it rarely happens most senior employees have to threaten to quit to gain a 50 cents increase after several years Machinists here are paid well below the national average moral really dropped of when current CEO started having a relationship with and promoting one of the female associates
