Pros

Travel is a pro but past a point becomes a con 4 tickets to get your family to a race

Cons

travel schedule breaks most people. They want 25 races. Thats 25 weeks away from home for no extra pay over non travel staff low pay long hours with no over-time contractors on better deal than staff management absolute rubbish HR department are lying fakers serving the company not the staff

Toxic Environment. Will ruin your mental health

- You get to go to countries you wouldn’t usually visit (albeit you work such long hours you don’t get to see anything)

Cons

- Illegal working hours. Physically and mentally draining. - Poor pay and toxic moral throughout - No recognition/ no appraisals - Discrimination against women (pregnant and those returning from mat leave) - Male dominant environment - Poor management - Lots of employees leaving - quick turnaround

There are some real genuine people in the company but very few

Where do I start! There are clear favourites You are promised progression but it will never come Old boys club Terrible management Bullying Long hours No work/life balance Don’t be fooled by the glitz and glam of the brand it’s all smoke and mirrors Toxic environment not worth your mental health HR are terrible!!!!
