Company is made up of extremely bright individuals (always willing to help and answer questions), flexible work hours in a remote environment, challenging and thought-provoking assignments/tasks, competitive compensation for work done, strong/fair/kind leadership
Cons
This is a consulting company - so you need to be a self-starter and personally driven.
