New management new investors avoid like the plague the most back stabbing harsh environment i have ever worked in. If you are a skilled person that wants to do well totally avoid this place they will not support you they will not care or respect you they will utterly destroy your confidence and ruin you its called traumaplex well known for bad organisation bad management and total lack of respect for its employees the only people left there are in house wanna bees that have no respect for decent people that have amazing skills and any chance they have at seeiing them skills as a threat to them your out the door thangod I got out when I did .

Cons

To many to list just don't bother if you have any sence.

Pros

Wages are decent. Some good people. Work is relatively easy.

Cons

Company always seems on the verge of going bust. Too many managers/supervisors/team leaders etc with little knowledge of the job they are doing. Staff can get promotions based on who they are friends with rather than based on merit.

Avoid at all costs, worst company ive ever worked for. In so many ways, no one knows how to run any department and is full to thr brim of backstabbers.
