      Cut-throat, no ethical/compassionate standards

      Pros

      There are perks to the job, good travel/food allowance, can-do attitude.

      Cons

      Too much firing for a small company. You don't fit the "idea" of a perfect employee, you are fired without explanation; no misconduct necessary. Personally, I'm glad I never have to see the chairman's face ever again nor pay lip-service (as everyone does, then it's a different story behind his back). Breeds atmosphere of unhappiness. As supportive as an old pair of tights.
