Pros

Nothing redeeming about this place.

Cons

- Not a single paycheque was deposited on time. Late 2-3 days every period. - Incorrect pay on paycheque; owner fails to file vacation hours or loses the information. - Regular verbal and emotional abuse from one of the managers. - One of the managers belittles, insults, and looks for reasons to criticize employees. - You are not allowed to speak with the vendor, even if the vendor communicates with you—under threat of dismissal. - Owner regularly tells employees they are replaceable or to find a “better” job. - They practice dishonesty with clients and hidden costs if a client does not consent to a specific type of fee. - Pitiful “benefits”. Does not cover MSP and only 50% on most services - No sick days. - Rules are invented along the way. - Favoritism and double standards regularly in practice; One rule for one person does not apply to everyone else - Management ignores all complains including harassment, verbal abuse by coworkers, intimidation. - No flexibility even for salaried employees; if you don’t clock in on time, your pay is deducted. - Salaried employees are not allowed to start and finish earlier; the hours are fixed. - No cellphone policy and workers are threatened with dismissal but one of the managers texts regularly, while enforcing the rule on others. - Workers are given one instruction. When they complete it, one of the managers says they never gave that instruction. - One of the managers regularly accuses people of lying. - Same manager is always asking about other people’s finances and telling others what they can or can’t afford. - Exclusive environment; majority speak Tagalog all day with disregard for non-Tagalog speakers. - MICROMANAGEMENT - Asking questions to learn something new is not allowed because you are “being disruptive”. - If you follow instructions you will get yelled at. - If you don’t follow instructions you will get yelled at. - If there are no instructions and you are told to proceed, you will get yelled for proceeding. - There are no formal procedures, they are invented. - One of the managers is moody, unstable, manipulative, draining. You will be the victim of their mood, whatever it may be that day. - No opportunity for growth. - Requests for raises will be dismisses or laughed at.

Pros

Leaving at the end of each day.

Cons

Don't waste your time. You will be grossly underpaid and your personal time abused. There are no benefits with this company and management is grossly lacking in providing support and direction. No room to grow. Racial favoritism with an obvious dominance. Owner is aggressive and threatens and intimidates employees if there's something he doesn't like as a scare tactic. Any day you could be "fired"! But he's too cheap to do that because then he'd have to pay severance.

Pros

- Few good coworkers - Just a job - Ok job if you are at the tail end of your career and don't have any other place to go

Cons

- Pay is extremely low, and employees are not even paid the proper bonus they deserve - There is 0 benefit for young individuals to work here; no career advancement, extremely low compensation, no learning opportunities, no development incentives, no management guidance. Everything is based on seniority and favoritism, no matter how talented you are or how much you bring to the company - Owner and management takes advantage of employees, especially when it comes to money, but pretend to be good people on the exterior or with customers. Completely two-faced people - Forces owner's religion to all employees by bringing ceremonies, services, church group, pastors and prayers to all company events - Owner openly encourages employees to leave the company if they don't like working at the company, even during company events before thanking employees for their hard work - Completely siloed, where there is no open communication from employee to CEO. Strictly hierarchical where owner is king and rank flows down. This comment is unfortunately not metaphorical, but literal - Most managers have no idea what they are doing and definitely not qualified. They are placed in position because of their blind loyalty to the owner, yes-only approach, and their continuous attempt to inflate the owner's already bloated ego - All company revenues go to owner and few selected senior management, a group selected purely by owner's favoritism - The rest of company earnings are used in experimenting with a revolving new business ideas from the owner that continuously fails. Owner never learns. Company has been in the negative for a long time due to this - Penchant to hire newcomers in the country to take full advantage of them - Absolutely no other culture exist but the owner and senior management trying to cheat most money off hardworking employees - Encourages lying, cheating, fighting, abuse as long as company profits - Performs many ethically unjust and questionable acts to employees and even customers if they can get away with it. Also hides things from customers all the time - Company doesn't know how to resolve conflicts but to threaten the employee of termination if the employee doesn't do as they say - Owner and management does not care on honest feedbacks and criticism. They blame it is just angry x-employees and ignores it. Asks employees to write 5 star reviews in exchange for 20 dollar gift cards - Owner and management do not trust their employees - Strict no remote work policy as owner believes if he can't see the employees, they are not working
